The annual Barakura Flower Show will be held in Tateshina during its best season. There will be seminars by leading British horticulturalists, and British food will be served in the café. This year Dr. Tim Upson of the Royal Horticultural Society will give a report on the Chelsea Flower Show and Ms Alison Beale (a JBS Board member) will give a talk on Japanese plants and mountains as seen from a British perspective. http://en.barakura.co.jp/
