The British School of Etiquette Japan will hold a special Christmas Afternoon Tea event at Hatoyama Hall in Bunkyo-ku. Participants will have afternoon tea prepared by the Three Tiers tearoom (in Meguro) and will be guided on an online tour of the UK by Mr Philip Sykes, Head of The British School of Etiquette.
