The Royal School of Needlework holds a collection of Japanese embroidery which was donated by the royal family. Dr. Suzan Kay Williams (Principal of the Royal School of Needlework), JBS Member Dr. Naotaka Kimizuka (Professor of Kanto Gakuin University) and JBS Member Ms Emi Nimura (Master of the Royal School of Needlework) will discuss Anglo-Japanese relations in connection with needlework in the Meiji era.
