The required quorum having been achieved, the annual General Meeting of the Society, chaired by Mr Takashi Tsukamoto was held on Monday, 24th June at the Koku Kaikan Meeting Room.
The activity report and closing accounts for 2023/24, which had been distributed in advance to members, were approved, and the new Board members and Auditors were elected.
At the subsequent Board Meeting, the following officers were appointed:
