UK-based pianist Panos Karan visited Japan in August 2011 to give recitals in the areas affected by the Great East Japan Earthquake. Since then, he has made several visits to Tohoku and supported the Fukushima Youth Sinfonietta for over 10 years. This coming July he will give a recital in Tokyo.
