British traditional sweets are very popular now. The junior group will bake a traditional British carrot cake under the instruction of Ms Chizuko Tokuno (JBS member) and Ms Yukiko Tagawa. Both of them are the Board members of the National Trust Support Centre and follow the Japanese version of the Buckingham Palace recipe book. Please note that Junior members have priority and participants will receive details about 1 week in advance.
