Barakura English Garden in Tateshina will celebrate its 35th Anniversary in 2025. The Society will hold a joint lunch lecture by Ms Kay Yamada (JBS member and 2014 JBS Award Recipient), who has long been promoting English gardens in Japan. She will also introduce a UK company established by Ms Janet Sawyer OBE called Little Pod which manufactures and sells natural vanilla. Participants will enjoy a delicious course lunch at Hotel New Otani followed by a tour of the International Spring Container Gardening Show, which is being held in the same hotel.
