Pursuant to Article 14 and 15 of the Constitution, the Society will hold a General Meeting.
Agenda: Activity Report and Statement of Accounts for 2024/25, Election of a Director

Documents concerning the General Meeting have been sent by post in mid-May and members are requested to complete and return the proxy form to the JBS Secretariat by 20th June.
In the case of Corporate Members, only one set of documents was sent to the contact person on record.
As the space is limited at the venue, members are kindly requested to vote by returning the proxy form.
