Pursuant to Article 14 and 15 of the Constitution, the Society will hold a General Meeting as follows.

Place: The JBS Office/online
Agenda: Activity Report and Statement of Accounts for 2022/23
Documents concerning the General Meeting are enclosed with the circular notice, and members are requested to complete and return the proxy form to the JBS Secretariat by 12th June. In the case of Corporate Members, only one set of documents has been sent to the contact person on record.
*As the space is limited at the venue, members are kindly requested to vote by returning the proxy form.
