Stravinsky conducts Stravinsky! -HAYABUSA Symphony Orchestra & Stravinsky-

Headlined as one of London’s hottest talents, Marius Stravinsky, a descendant of the famous Russian composer and a graduate of Eton College, Cambridge University, and the Royal Academy of Music, is a guest conductor of the London Philharmonic Orchestra, the Royal Philharmonic Orchestra, the Staatskapelle Berlin, the Mariinsky Theatre, and the State Academic Symphony Orchestra of Russia ‘Evgeny Svetlanov’. Stravinsky will visit Tokyo in May to conduct the Hayabusa Symphony Orchestra (an all-Japan orchestra made up of students and young professionals in medical fields) to celebrate the enthronement of the new Emperor of Japan with performances of Tchaikovsky’s 1812 Festival Overture and Stravinsky’s The Firebird Suite (1919 edition).
